• Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands;
• Research, contact and follow up with new leads;
• Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions;
• Develop strategies and plans to increase conversions and build good business relations;
• Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients;
• Manage interaction with our clients, maintain good business relations;
• Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, sales strategies, pricing models, and more in global markets;
• Key Accounts management.


• Minimum two years of working experience in Business Development, preferably experience in management of clients from companies with overseas projects;
• Fluent or Advanced Level in spoken and written skills in English.
• Understanding of international markets;
• Experience in sales, negotiation and virtual assistance;
• Ability to work in an online environment;
• Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;
• Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;
• Self-motivated and Proactive.
