Responsibilities
• A writing-intensive role, which includes writing keyword-rich online content daily
• Prepare well-structured drafts, proofread and edit contents before publication
• Utilize keyword research to create content and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Stay abreast of SEO content best practices
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Research industry-related topics
• Write content with a particular focus
• Special projects (downloadable guides, courses, educational materials)
• Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR–media pitches, articles, etc.)
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Infographic, Video Storyboard and Slide-share creation
• QA/editing tasks as needed and other duties as assigned
