Responsibilities

• Creatively promote, advertise and present our brands/products to increase visibility and recognition
• Compose and post online content in German language on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Create Marketing Literatures (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the Active Visions Group Philippines’ presence in the market
• Maintain social network presence including Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
• Explore & Research trends in technology to suggest new ways to grow and communicate with our customers/audience
• Assist in researching, planning and carrying out various marketing campaigns
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company’s activities/campaigns
• E-mail coordination (Internal & External)

Requirements

• Preferably with PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS for FOREIGNER APPLICANTS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German)
• Ability to create excellent content, press releases, articles, and blogs IS A PLUS
• Proficient knowledge in Social Media Marketing techniques and strategies
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a client-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
• Basic experience in Business Development & Customer Support IS A PLUS
