As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new sales leads to support the Business Development Team. This individual will be self-motivated, proactive to be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!


• Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands;
• Research, contact and follow up with new leads;
• Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions;
• Direct communication with customers via e-mail and telephone to promote product range;
• Clean and update customer and prospect data;
• Demonstrate initiative to create new campaigns and reach specific industries/groups of potential clients;


• Understanding of international markets;
• Ability to work in an online environment;
• Negotiation and sales skills;
• Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;
• Experience with Lead Generation Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Foreign language skills are a plus;
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (ERP, CRM, MS Excel and MS Word, particularly);
