As the Outbound Call Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new sales leads to support the Business Development Team. This individual will be self-motivated, dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!

  • PROSPECTING– Lead Generation, Referral Generation, Cold-calling;
  • QUALIFYING– Qualifying potential clients in (warm leads), Qualifying potential clients out (cold leads), Endorsement of clients to Sales team;
  • NURTURING–Follow up on old leads and lead tracking.


  • Direct Communication with customers via phone and email to introduce product range;
  • Contact and follow up with leads;
  • Clean and update customer and prospect data;
  • Obtain Customer Information;
  • Respond to questions;
  • Address to clients needs, complaints and other issues with products and services.


  • At least 1 year outbound call sales experience in preferred;
  • Self-Management and organizational skills is a must;
  • Negotiation and sales skills;
  • Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;
  • Experience with Lead Generation and appointment setting
  • Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;
  • Understanding of Distribution is a plus;
  • Ability to work in an online environment;
  • Proficient in office management software like MS Office (ERP, CRM, MS Excel and MS Word );
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing skills;
  • Good listening skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
