  • Act as Community Manager of social media pages.
  • Create social calendar and content plans aligned with AVG Ph RepOfc’s requirements and needs.
  • Produce copies and other multimedia content for social media, web, and other communication assets.
  • Gather and analyze data from online or other available sources for social listening projects.
  • Drive insights from web and social media page performance and trends, and present analyses and recommendations through reports.
  • Engage with users and through social media quick response.
  • Support web content management projects through request management, content review, and content uploading.
  • Manage Ad hoc projects, and perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing courses is preferred.
  2. Has strong English written and communication skills.
  3. Can effectively write copies for different type of audiences (end users, employees, management team, etc.).
  4. Has at least two years experience in roles related to Customer Service, Internal/External Communications, Digital Marketing.
  5. Has Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  6. Has an analytical mindset, and can apply data storytelling to social media brand and listening reports.
  7. Adept in research using online and traditional media sources.
  8. Familiar with different types of social media – their core audiences, uses, brand tone.
  9. Skills in producing multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) is a big plus.
